Sweet. If I had to experience an earthquake, and I've always wanted to do so, the flat plains of Oklahoma seem like a pretty good place to start.

Not surrounded by 100s of multi story buildings isn't a bad way to experience one.

Exactly. Hell, even with a 7.0 or higher earthquake, if you're standing on flat ground in a pasture, the only real thread you have is a fisher opening up and swallowing you. You've got to think those chances are pretty damn slim. I think it would be pretty fascinating.
