Always smart to have your real estate agent announce publicly that your client is looking at buying 4-5 square blocks downtown when you “only” have LOI’s in place on most of the properties. I’m sure those folks under the LOI won’t raise the price of poker.

Regardless hope he does help redevelop Shreveport.

If he becomes the Bass brothers (Ft. Worth) downtown Shreveport it will be great for downtown.

If he becomes Paul Elio (auto scammer Elio Motors), it will stay the shithole it currently is.

Does he want to create a moneyed version of Jackson - a so-called chocolate city - or is he open to helping all downtown businesses develop?

It will be interesting to see how it develops.

Well, we're not really considered to be from Louisiana anyway so might as well make it official.

Don't you put that Evil on me! I'd rather be the worst city in Texas than the best city in Arkansas! lol.

All kidding aside, Arkansas is a beautiful state, I enjoy visiting the Hot Springs and Fayettville area.

Wouldn’t that be Texarkana?

You are an Arkansas resident that doesn’t have to pay Arkansas income taxes because the city is split between Texas and Arkansas.
