Does it no longer work in EBR? The only local channel showing up is Zachary fire.

Need a high dollar scanner to pick up the new channels and most are encrypted now anyway.

That would have been useful last night. There was some kind of shooting a mile or 2 from my house last night about 11pm. 15-20 shots of different calibers. I was sitting on my back patio smoking a cigar.
Not a peep about it on the news but a lot of people were posting on Nextdoor. It seems it was a police chasing a stolen car that turned into a foot chase.

yeah I don't know if it was the cops or the perps shooting or both but definitely multiple weapons. I went inside and got my 1911, went back out and finished my bourbon and cigar.
