What’s surprising is Georgia is allowing this while Texas is shutting down EVERY cheer competition, including NCA which is actually bigger than this.

I was surprised as well. My daughter’s team did virtual NCA this past week.

Wrong! We were in Beaumont this weekend for the Mardi Gras Nationals at Ford Park. 2 spectators per athlete, masks required, no social distancing enforced.

We’ve had 5 events cancelled in Galveston, Tyler, and DFW. Plus like I said in the original post, NCA is virtual this year.

Living here it will have no effect on anything. They don't care we were the first to open post Covid and haven't look back since. Officials leave it to each individual business on what to do and the businesses that's full open are PACKED. The cautious highly stipulated are crickets... I'm just an observer it's HIGHLY commerce driven here.
