Across the country we have so many damned laws that you can break a dozen before lunch and not even know it. When you let lawyers become lawmakers, this is what happens.

I think it's a great idea - and one that is slowly becoming the norm around the country in the private and public sector. Allows, for example, people with long-ago non-violent convictions to, at the very least, get their foot in the door as opposed to simply throwing their application in the trash. And it's only with state agencies.
