30 minute lunch at work, where do you go?

I usually hit the downtown Rouses, but that can get old after a while. The problem with fast food is the guilt of the fat even though they are eliminating transfats to make their food less bad.
Do you keep a bunch of menus at work and call in a takeout order for a res'trint? If so where?

I bring my lunch most days, otherwise I'm gone longer than 30 minutes. None of my higher ups are clock-watchers though, so it doesn't really matter.

Mon-Thu (7-4:30)
work Fri (7-3:30)
I'll take the 30 min lunch in that deal. Honestly the most I really need is 40 but 30 is usually enough.

call ahead and pick up from the bar at Parkway. That was always my go to when I was working down there. Liuzza's, and 5 Happiness were frequent as well, but I generally brought my lunch from home.
I do this for when I can't bring my lunch.

I either bring my lunch or pick up subway, Wendy's, jambalaya shop, Philly cheesesteak place, or a plate lunch at a place 2 min away. All these establishments are within 2-3 min away from my office
