Median sales price in Jan 2020 was $445k, it's $700k today.
Yep. People who bought places for $150K pre COVID are sitting on property now valued in the $500-750K range.

My wife has never experienced temps this hot. We were in Sierra Vista back in the day, but that's nothing like Phoenix, Vegas, etc. She was real fricking mad that you can't even enjoy a breeze...

Rural areas in every state except for Vermont vote Republican. The last Democratic candidate to be competitive in rural counties was Bill Clinton, who was so out of line with the modern Democratic Party that he won Louisiana by 12%.
Even in California, something like 70% of counties vote Republican, and usually by overwhelming margins. It's just that those are the unpopulous counties and their votes are totally drowned out by places like Los Angeles and San Francisco.

That bull was obviously upset because the announcer did not ask it for its preferred pronouns and how it self-identifies.

Yeah, I’m not so sure that red thing is a myth anymore. He zoned in on that lady in red like a heat seeking missle.

I always root for the bull, the deer and especially the bison.

Yeah, it's almost as if people vote, not land.
