Seriously man, I realize on paper 95lbs doesn't sound like much. But it's an absolutely brutal workout.
Edit: and if you do it and it doesn't destroy you, then you didn't push yourself hard enough.

Exact opposite for me. I'm terrible at thrusters. I used the burpees as recovery time.

I went thru 11 fast as hell to start and they were like.. You need to pace on thrusters. My response was, wait until you see how slow I am on my burpees.
I should have gone unbroken on the thrusters. I don't think I could go any more slower on burpees.

Just finished. 18:48 in "young masters" division.
Gonna go back to see how I did on 14.5. Someone from our gym said I was in the 16s two years ago. I don't believe that.
