For your information, black people are by far the most racist people today. They are brought up, by and large, to hate white people, Hispanics, Asians and even hajis. I know this first hand by very good friends who escaped the hood. In round numbers 35% of the three major crimes (rape, robbery and murder) is done by 13% of the population.
The grand total ARRESTS Of those was about 53000 during that year.
I'd venture to say many of those were perpetrated upon their own race so this can't be hate crimes though.
Never the less I'd think that 5,493 hate crime offenders (murdered, raped and robbed how many?) pales by comparison to the 53k arrest number for the 3 major crimes.
Perhaps we are placing our emphasis in the wrong areas!??!

Black people commit the most hate crimes. Sorry but it's true. White people might be arrested for more but we all know that is about.
