2 months sober

It’s not idiotic, it’s human. You’ll have to get to a point where you can handle any situation without drinking, but it’s (obviously) too soon. Good luck. It’s doable. And it really is worth it.

Luckily today’s a new day, and you sound self-aware enough to realize that if you can make it for 2 months once, then you can do it again ... and again ... and again. Imagine looking back at this from the 10-, 20-, or even 30-year mark and it also becomes pretty clear that returning to the starting line after 60 days is only as big a setback as you allow it to be.
A lot of people I love and respect tremendously have taken this journey, and they have ALL said that it was the hardest yet best thing they’ve ever done. Fight for yourself and the life you want, because those things are worth the effort.
Good luck to you, fellow fan. Wishing you all the success in the world.

I'm 3 years sober and I don't feel this or any game is worth that. Good luck sir, hope you get this thing figured out.

You could of just deleted it, but you didn’t. To me it takes a lot of courage to own up to it. Stay strong & don’t give up

Back in the saddle Tuesday. Don't make it more than it is.

Saturday also marked 8 weeks sober for me. I was a severe alcoholic drinking nearly a fifth of whiskey every day. Great job on going 2 months. I know how hard it it. Good luck in the future days and months ahead. GEAUX TIGERS!!

Exactly! Those 60 days are still sober days. You didn’t lose those, and you don’t have to start all over. Get up and start from where you are now.

Time to start a new sobriety date.
Try to stick with it.
It’s worth it.
