The graph I posted is a graph of crime rates, do you need help reading it?

I was referring to the portion of the graph where the crime rate grew exponentially during the time “ white flight”. There’s not a time in which the white flight occurred in reverse (whites moving back into city), so where the graph end in regards to time is not relevant.
