It was a great time. Much needed escape for a couple of hours.
Some drunk couple had sex right next to me last night. We were in a small middle balcony section and our seats directly in front of a wall. They were making out for most of the concert and at one point she must have pulled her pants down and was standing in front of him.

They were too busy making out with each other to realize Gavin Rossdale was singing right in front of them.
I thought I had videoed him singing in our section but realized I didn’t start recording until he had walked by us. He was in the row in front of me (several empty seats in that row). I seriously could have reached out my arm and touched him.

I do that all the time when I am rushing to take a video. Either it’s still on photo or if I actually put it on video I hit what I think is the record button when I am actually stopping the recording.

And I was a little bummed they didn’t play Letting The Cables Sleep. My favorite song from them.
Live was really good as well. One of the band members had us sing happy birthday to his 10 year old son named Phoenix.

I anticipate lots of caffeine today. My dad was transferred to a skilled nursing facility(SNF) last night. So I will go pick up my mom after work and go visit him. So long day today.
Hopefully he will only be at the SNF for a week or so, he just needs to be there until he can regain his strength to be able to walk around again. Being in the hospital and everything made him so weak.
