You know we released all of our other starters just to keep Brees and Graham right? There's no way, even with the addition of Byrd, that this top 4 defense from last year will be any good with the losses of players like Vilma, Harper, Smith, Greer, and Jenkins regardless of their health issues/poor play and being overpaid.

unless Brees takes a paycut there is no way in hell we go to the Super Bowl. Absolutely no way.

I do give the guy credit, one of the best troll jobs I've seen on ST in a while

I've come to 2 conclusions here:
1. Striefs agent is a moron.
2. This is taking to damn long!!!
Sign him already!!!!

Wut?
Smith didn't play a single snap. Vilma played 12...I think. Harper and Greer were hurt half of the year. Byrd is a major upgrade over Jenkins. I think the defense will be just fine.

Mike Triplett @MikeTriplett To explain comments from Strief's agent: sounds like he was trying to clarify that Strief wasn't rejecting #Dolphins by turning down visit.

That's my point, but I was using sarcasm to make it.
And on the flip side on offense, we opened up more room for Ingram, Robinson, and maybe Cadet at running back (and the first two showed a lot at the end of the year), and Toon, Tanner, and whatever WR we draft at WR.
The key is to constantly get younger and cheaper, and the experts praise teams like the Seahawks for it, but then try to twist facts to crucify us when we do it.

Anybody know if Johnathan Goodwin signed anywhere yet? If we resign Strief, that means we'll probably let DLP walk. It would make sense to sign a bargain center like Goodwin to come in and play in '14 and help groom Lelito for the future.
