Agreed.....Same bullshite he looked like his last year with the Bucs. He plays WITH NO CONFIDENCE, and the rest of the team follows...

They are trying to make Winston something he isn’t. A conservative cerebral QB. That’s why he’s struggling. He’s completely unsure of himself and fighting every natural urge as a player he has.
You knew what you were getting with him. Either let him be himself or be satisfied with a last ranked passing game. You’re so worried about the potential bad that you’re getting very little of the potential good. At some point you might just let him loose a bit more and believe your good defense can pick up some of the inevitable bad plays Winston makes

I agree. He’s now second guessing everything instead of reacting and playing naturally.
Our WR’s are among the worst on the league so I’m sure there aren’t a lot of easy looks, but at some point the coaches need to trust him a bit more.
