Why is Pete Carmichael still on this staff???

With so many firings and teams showing they're motivated to be better and mediocre. Why is this dude still here? I get they will keep the sorry Allen, but show you care some sort of way....

What I don't get is how someone who pursued a career in professional football and acted as Sean Payton's assistant for more than 10 years has such a small imagination for calling plays. What did he do for all that time? Get paid millions to hold a clipboard and wear glasses?
