Who is the better prospect as a pure guard?

Vega Ioane or Francis Mauigao? I know Mauigao is projected to go higher because most see him as able to play RT at an elite level and that's more valuable than just a guard, but just pretend that both are strictly guards for a moment. Who is the better prospect?
Curious to hear what yall think? I know this board will go ape shite if we take another OL round one, but i personally would be fine with adding another elite talent to solidify our OL and have Shough playing behind the best line in the league.

Yes but only with a trade down

Trading down 4-6 spots and still ending up with Vega in round one would be a homerun imo.
