Doesn't the illegal contact rule go out the window and you can put a receiver on his arse?

I think the new rules says you cant touch the WR at all after 5 yards.

So you can knock them down. I think that defensive holding still applies.
ETA: Yeah, it definitely does, since defensive holding applies on runs.

Yeah you can't hold and still can't block in the back. It's a risky move because the guy could turn and draw a call, you could miss, etc.
It's best saved for when a QB scrambles in the red zone you just knock the shite out of him because it's a smaller area to work with.
