Hell I think 70 catches, 800 yards, and 5tds would make Payton look like an a-hole. No clue if Vele can get that, but if he almost doubles his production here it wouldn't look good for Payton.

3 of those 4 were all pro and/or pro bowl at some time if i recall.
They made quite the tandem, the Saints had a great DLine that abused offensive lines. Haslett was coach and had some great Saints defenses in those days. But he was stuck with an underachieving Aaron Brooks. Dude had a cannon for an arm throwing laser passes all over the place to talented Joe Horn and others. But when you needed him to come through, he let you down. With him constantly screwing up, and then laughing about it as he jogged off the field to the bench, the idiot.
