We need to get rid of the entire coaching staff, trade our tradable players and build draft capital. Basically sever ties with with any remaining sean payton holdovers.

It would be a rough couple of seasons to go through but at least we’d be building something.

What’s going on now is just depressing. We will finish 8-9 or 9-8 and make the playoffs and get destroyed in them. Then rinse and repeat with Dennis Allen next year. I hate this.

And who is engineering this rebuild and why do you think it will do any good? It seems like very few teams pull off the rebuild but a lot get stuck in a perpetual cycle of suck.

Defense is decent and would probably be better if the offense didnt go 3 and out almost every possession.

I like the receivers we have and AK. Need a new OC who can figure it out with protection and Carr. I think we are stuck with Carr for a couple years.

Texans seem to be heading in the right direction. AK costs way too much for him to be here much longer. He would be one that they should try to get picks for if possible. Rebuilding does not mean scrapping the entire team. Young players with talent would survive. Players like Olave and Shaheed would be part of the future. Highly paid players like Carr, Ram DD, etc would likely not.
