Worried about the potential “New Coach Bump” that leads to an automatic longer term hire for Rizzi, and then we don’t actually run a proper coaching search.
Now after two W’s in a row, that scenario has become that much more likely. Thoughts?

The thing is we still have alot of work to do with cap space and Carr is probably here for another few years. Not a ton to work with a new guy.
Let Rizzi coach until all this is resolved and see who is available in a couple of years or if rizzi is worth keeping.
