Apple
Peat I think we let him go
Onyemata
Bell
Bridgewater
Ginn
Pj

You have to find a way to keep Bell, Onyemata and Apple. Probably in that order of importance

Tough to answer until we figure out who we need to go ahead and lock in long term. Kamara and Lattimore for sure and then what Offensive and Defensive Linemen do we need to lock in?

Of this list, I'd say Apple is really the main person as long as we can replace Peat with another draft day gem.

I’d resign Ginn to a cheap deal also. He’s still good for us and won’t cost much

That’s it. I feel like a big reason we signed Easton was not only for depth but also because they could see him filling for Peat who will get better money elsewhere. I think Ginn retires after this season and I think Teddy, after mulling coming back, takes more money and a chance to start. He’s proven himself and someone will take a risk on him. I’m not sure if we will have enough space to re-sign Apple, though. We for sure keep Bell and PJ and we will likely cut PRob but it might be a decision between Onyemata and Apple tbh because there are several other players that deserve and will get extensions

Yeah that’s the thing. You also have to start thinking about money for Lat, Kamara and Ram.

Time for Lupus to make it happen

all hinges on Brees decision and how much cap is freed. Apple who has balled out this year may command too much money as CBs area premium. Bell and Onyemata are musts. Bridgewater should be fourth and a must keep if Brees goes. Considering FA is before the draft and you don't know if you'll be able to secure a QB early. Pj if you can for the nickle role.

Peat too pricey to keep will make money elsewhere. Ginn....yeah better days are behind him time to move on.

If Teddy leaves and signs a starting QB deal, what round would we get comped? If we don’t sign any big FAs which I don’t think we will

third only if we don't sign as many FA as we lost. So we lose Peat, Ginn, and Teddy we better only sign two FAs or we don't get Comp pick

Lat and Kamara will be the big names we extend. Ram will wait a year. He’s not going to bail on us and we will reward him handsomely in two years.

The choices will be between Apple and Onyemata. Both will command money and I can see us choosing Apple just because of our depth on the interior and we also have to fork out money for Rankins at some point too.

We better start hitting in the draft again because some of these guys are going to have to walk. Also what do you even offer Taysom Hill? What position do you pay him as lol

I recall it being not the number of players but the salary that is the determining factor

you could be right there. We never get them so I've never looked up the details in depth. I seem to remember when we traded for him last year someone saying we would get a third back since that is what we traded.

Again I'm not an expert in this area in even the slightest.
