Even the defender said it was a hold but I'm sure morons on ST know more

It’s not whether it was a hold or not. He tugged at him a little for sure.

Go back and watch the 2nd qtr. they were letting way worse penalties slide on the DBs. It’s about consistency.

You can’t ref the game a certain way for 58 mins and then call tacky penalty that will decide the game. It was terrible in the moment and deflated what was an amazing game for every fan watching.

My only thought at the time was "did the game just start"?

Cause at that late point in any championship game that is a ticky tack call. He grabbed but let go. Let them play.

I agree with you.

The fact that they called this ticky tack penalty in order to give KC another set of downs at that point in the Superbowl?? I've seen Refs influence the outcome of NFL games time after time after time.

And until that play here I thought the calls were favoring the Eagles all night. Like the overturned fumble return TD and the catch on the sideline.

No love lost for the Eagles though, so welcome to the club. Don’t give up defensive TDs and it never comes down to that holding call. Coulda woulda shoulda
