The longer it takes to fire Allen, the longer it takes to rebuild.

Track record speaks for itself. It’s trending the same way as all of his other coaching stints. This will be no different.

He was left enough pieces to compete in what has turned out to be the weakest division in a LONG time. And we’re still two games out of first. We’re undisciplined and often penalized which is a sign of shitty coaching. We can’t score against capable defenses. We have a coordinator who didn’t even want the job, and now we know why.

In fact the entire front office needs to be let go. Terrible decisions in personnel moves. Just a shitty franchise once again.

We are in the the rebuild already and Allen is the lame duck coach during the process, so why fire him?
