Unfortunately this is true. Those fans don't realize it, but they may have just made their offense better.
Funny part is when we drafted Ram the bar I was at we're all really excited about the potential to lock up the RT spot with what may have been the best tackle in the draft. Guess that's the difference from an actual fanbase as opposed to the Falcons

You are supposed to use the draft to build on what you lack. The Birds have enough shine on the offensive side of the MINUS their sketchy QB, so they knew they had to build within a draft OL. Good picks and smart investing.
