Most are pretending to be Saints fans throughout the season but do show their true colors when you examine their posting history.

They invariably defend the NFL, the refs, and other teams while claiming to be Saints fans.

It is quite funny.

As Marcus Tullius Cicero once said:
quote:

“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious.

But it cannot survive treason from within.

An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly.

But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself.

For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men.

He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist.

A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague.”

If San Francisco and Green Bay are the best the NFC can offer

i could see a Seahawks upset over either of them tbh.

I agree I think the champion will be an AFC team.

don't laugh but watch out for Tennessee.

no one wants a piece of Derrick Henry and that run game right now.

Next year the Saints have to get back to what they do best. They need to play aggressive on D and try to force turnovers even if you give up the occasional big play. The offense needs to get back to running the ball and utilize the short passing game while using the run to set up playaction. Yes Drew’s arm is not what it once was but he’s still deadly accurate. I’ll take accuracy over arm strength every single time.

Saints aren't doing shite next year. Brees will continue to decline and Payton is too arrogant or stubborn to run the ball. You're pissing into the wind.

that is now two in a row at the Dome a loser in the playoffs.

This worries me the most.

Minnesota went 4-4 on the road this year and wasn't even fazed today.

Dome Field Advantage doesn't feel like a thing right now.
