Announcers yes, but also the officials for not throwing a flag.
It was a bullshite / fluke interception because of both of those reasons.

So you dont find a bit odd that just about every time a qb throws a int, or kicker misses one they are talking about it and then the color guy says I guess you just jinxed then and whammo they miss the kick or throw the int.
