Talent Evaluation - Hendrickson, Baun and the Draft

The biggest issue in my opinion is talent evaluation the last 3 seasons:

Hendrickson- Letting him go was a huge mistake
Baun - Playing at a Pro Bowl level and being used to elevate his skills in Ph
Davenport - Trading up 13 spots and giving up draft picks to select this bum
Turner - Another 1st rd draft pick who has done nothing
Olave - 1st rd pick who now has history of concussions and has not performed as a dominant #1 receiver
Derek Carr - Giving him a massive deal for a QB that has had zero success in the past.
Cam Jordan - Fantastic player 4 years ago. Has been done the last 3 seasons.

I can go on….Talent evaluation with this organization has been atrocious and has led to where we are now. Cap hell without much young talent on the roster
