Great news. Need him back bad to start and so we aren't thin on the line. I really hope Armstead steps up. I think he has the potential. I'm ready for the season now.

I'm very ok with paying Strief. The plug and play method that we've used on the O-line has worked for a while, but I really think we need some stability there. Out of the remaining holes (RT, C, CB, WR) RT, IMO, would have been the hardest to draft and expect to play from day 1.

Armsteads already stepped up IMO.
This is great bc it allows Harris to stay in that reserve, eligible role and we can finally keep some continuity and only have to replace one spot.

Yes, continue to improve is really what I meant. His sample size is really small so it looks like he can handle the position from that alone, but it's still a small sample size. This team looks like it can go BPA pretty easily going into the draft now.
