It was a catch. Plus, it was ruled a catch on the field - impossible to overturn IMHO.

I've seen the call on the catch made a million times.
I didn't know its in the rules that the ground can HELP you secure the ball?

The penalty for the illegal hit on Vick though? Complete bullshite. Absolutely horrific call, if it were the replacement officials, ESPN would be showing it over and over again.
Exactly how I feel. I wish it would have been overturned (doesn't matter now though), but it reminded me of the Meachem catch in the 4th (maybe OT) quarter against the Vikings in the NFCCG.

Hell, Harper's INT that was disallowed in Tampa was a more clean catch than the catch that was allowed last night.
