Hahahaha holy backpedal. Still can’t admit the Carr signing was horrendous even with hindsight. So we’re just going to pretend the last two years didn’t happen. When a face painter refuses to eat crow I’ll just force feed them instead

Backpedal? Where?

The Carr signing was always a fair signing. It was and still is.

Two seasons of injuries in a row occurred and now clearly the Saints are moving off a mid thirties qb who missed 7 games and has lingering shoulder inj.

Now you pussies were crying when we restructure Carr’s contract - all 2025 offseason. Saying we’re married to Carr etc.

And most of us with sense already were looking at QB prospects saying naw we are moving on, because his injuries etc have changed the scenario.

Any mid thirties qb missing half of seasons value is clearly changed this is obvious to all but the ranters.

But Karens dont have insight. Just full of piss and vinegar.

Would we be in a better position in our rebuild if we didn't sign Carr? Clearly

How many playoff appearances and division titles would we have missed by not signing Carr? 0

What, exactly, was the upside in signing Carr?

The signing never made sense for our roster…this is not hindsight, so continuing to say “well compared to the market it was fair” and ignore situation entirely.

Adding a career mediocre QB to an aging roster with limited cap space was stupid. The injuries have made the signing look worse but it was a bad signing to begin with. You can use the injury excuse as to why we didn’t meet the most modest of expectations, but the signing will always be an L for this FO
