Step 1- Get rid of Carmichael. Step 2- identify aging good players who have market value and trade them for draft picks ASAP. We have been mired in mediocrity with the belief that we could return to better days; we cannot win with this team. It is time to bite the bullet and move on in an effort to totally rebuild this team.In the short term, it will be painful, but it is painful watching the Saints right now.
