Cooks never wanted to be here again. We were his only payday. Nobody else wanted him. Loomis again proved how much of a dumb arse he is.

The first time or both?
Had a few nice plays at times but he is to small and even Brees had trouble throwing to him over a 5'11" CB.
I was never a big fan of Cooks.
