I think Jay Gruden is a really good OC. Just needs to be in the right state of mind. He kind of imploded at the end of his HC career at Washington. Not completely his fault but finished with a piss poor attitude. If he is in the right state of mind would probably be a home run. Doubt we would hire him though with his baggage
