Step One---Hire a Head Coach...Hire Allen or go Outside and look at a Flores, Leftwich, Biennemy or Daboll.
Step two---Bring in a QB....
1) There is no place for Winston under a new system. 2) Is the Taysom days over also?
3) Rodgers would seem to be off the table.
4) Does a new HC especially one that is African-American open the door for Wilson.
5. Bring in new coach and start from over with a drafted QB like Pickett.
