I think so too. Take one in the second round this year. Then take another in 2020 and let them battle it out. CSP likes competition and while some may not agree with it he’s the kind of guy who wants someone to take the position and not have it handed to them.


And honestly it’s not the worst thing in the world. You have to hit on a QB so why not use two straight top picks from different years to draft two. In that case you don’t have just one guy feeling the pressure of having to follow Brees. Instead, you just have two guys battling it out and that’s all they’re focused on, not following Brees, just competing and trying to win the job
