How affective do you think he would be doing it, better than Roby?

I always thought he would do well with this, he'd have plent of time to get to top speed when he's at his best.

Not even close to Roby. Roby is much faster and takes hits a whole lot better than Reggie does. Ever look at Roby on the kick-off team? That will answer this question.

I don't know how you can say that Roby hasn't done anything on kick returns this season.We are always trying to get Bush into space and when returning kicks he'd have just that to make great plays.

I don't think that's true at all. I think Reggie would make himself more useful as a kick returner. It might make him a better punt returner in the process.

From what I've been watching of Bush, it seems like he fumbles more when he's backtracking or running horzintally. Kickoffs are different. The ball has a better flight and he can follow his blocks and use his vision better than on punts.
I will say that I've never returned a punt nor have I returned a kickoff professionally. So I'm going on nothing but gut feeling.

Reggie would be good at kick returns IMO, but the Saints don't want him to have the tag as a 12 mil dollar kick returner

Roby has got to be the worst kick returner in the entire NFL. The can't see through a wall excuse is crap. I have not seen him make a single cut all year. PT was a definate upgrade last week and hope he takes over for him for the rest of the year. Roby receives the kickoff and runs as fast as he can in a straight line, regardless if defenders are in his way. We need to upgrade the position at some point.
