We better not have screwed this one up by giving him the lowest tender. Falcons would get a legit starting safety and we don't get any compensation. This would be a kick in the nuts. Hopefully we can match.

I didn't say that. I love Loomis. Nobody is perfect and maybe this was unavoidable, but I really don't want Bush to go to the Falcons and us get nothing out of it.

Unfortunately, I agree with this. It wouldn't be a "team changer", as we would still be better at literally every position on the field than them except for WR1, but it would still be a loss for us and gain for them.
