This is the kinda class you talk about after they raise a Lombardi.
Still, think we're 2-3 pieces away.
We do it now, these guys hit their prime in, say, the next 3 seasons...right as we lose our HOF/top 5 all time QB, and all of that great drafting can be undone if we don't hit on a replacement, which is tough to do.
