I guess most Saints fan here are big picture and have seen this movie before. I believe I saw many people call that they would have a game like this to draw people in only to lay an egg next week.
Having said that, good to see the team play well. But want to see consistency before I celebrate being the best team to miss the playoffs.

Apathy has set in mostly due to this staff. It’s great the team played well today, but where’s the consistency and development week to week? Will they do it again or lay an egg the rest of the way?
Put simply, it's tough to get excited about a team that’s now .500 at just past the 3/4 mark of the regular season.

because olave and MT werent out there cutting off routes early and half assing effort
when you can depend on a WR to run a route the way they are supposed to, then you can throw the ball on time.
when you have to wait to see what "if anything" a WR will do, then there is no way to throw timing routes

we will beat tampa to be in 1st place, the squirrel brigade will get all excited about we going to the SB
then we will lose to carolina in the last week and be out and done, you can bet the house on that

7-7 kinda holds back the stampede just a little bit. Good win. The O played a good second half and the defense all game. On to the west coast
