nine is perfect spot to trade down 5 or so picks and get an extra 2nd round pick unless Graham is available

I watched every game of Mizzou this year with a Mizzou friend. Luther Burden was the best player on the field in almost every game. A true playmaker. Deep routes, electric RAC, seams, slants, slot routes, crossers, screens, end-arounds, punt returns. He's a speedy shifty weapon. He'd fit well with Olave & Shaheed.

He was mocked in the top 5 at the beginning of the CFB season. His play never dropped, but about a month ago, I saw him mocked suprisingly at pick #20. Lately, he's rightfully moved back into the Top10.

Every positional unit needs an upgrade so take the best player. Burden would be a worthy selection at #9.

Loony will probably draft a kicker 1st round.
