All these aging veteran contracts.
Winning four out of five games at the end of last season when five straight losses might have gotten you a top five pick. Couple that with signing of Carr and the Saints could have had JD5 and a new coach.
Loomis is by far the worst GM in the league. I wish him, Gayle, and their pedophile friends would just dissappear.

It's why I consider Sean Payton a top 5 to 7 coach in NFL history.
He didn't have the 49ers well run organization, nor the Patriots, nor the Chiefs nor the Steelers or old school Raiders.

Well i think a big part of the problem is they wanted to keep competing and went about it the wrong way. Loomising, etc.
