Aaaand you're probably not/never will be a millionaire. When you're purchasing a million dollar or higher home, I seriously doubt it's in a bad neighborhood/house.
Also, people with that kind of money that can afford properties of that price, usually has someone they trust going to the showing and reporting everything back (including pictures)
