I'm not enjoying the buildup. 0 excitement this year, if what can happen is allowed to happen in the most important game, in the most important moment, and nothing comes of it..plus the already annoying political shite..

And I'm angry that has been allowed to happen.

Hear, hear!

I still struggle with this. I'm thinking by Week 8 I'll be either over it or hugely pissed, depending on how the season is going. I'll watch only the Saints til then.

its rigged ahead of time just like wrestling, its entertainment, its not a game, its all predetermined except a few meaningless games during the season because they dont matter

Pretty good reflection of this board given this post has 11 upvotes to 7 downvotes. This is so dumb. The NFL rigged the Rams into the SB just for them to “make” the Rams look like total shite if we’re following the logic of the outcome being rigged. Wouldn’t they want their biggest game with a controversial team in it to put up more of a fight?

The only thing that could make me excited again is if we have the NFC championship in the Dome again and Roger Goodell buys my tickets to make up for the feeling of total emotionlessness I had walking all the way from the Dome to my apartment 1.5 miles away.
