if they are in the "clear" because they called the hotline then why was nesbit suspended?

Nesbit prolly didn't use steroids either, but he new if he appealed he would just get suspended anyways b/c of the no tolerance. So he decided to hurry up and take the suspension, and now he is filing suit against starcaps for the game checks he couldn't receive.

make sense?

yeah sure that makes sense

and it doesnt make any sense to me that anyone could feel like the others would be in the "clear" if nesbitt got suspended for the same thing

the other three are most prolly going to be suspended, b/c it states in the steroid policy that each player is responsible for what they put in there body and arguing that you used a legal over the counter product WILL NOT help you in your appeal.

it will definitely help them in the appeal if it wasn't on the label and it was checked out through a league hotline. They may not win the appeal, but it gives them a chance
