Correct. That's an appropriate analogy. Although, I'm not sure he understood the situation. I think it was at least a partially mental mistake. Someone who understands the situation cannot miss that tackle that way.

No. Tackle after catch and the game is over. There is no way they down the ball with 4 seconds on the clock.
