Obviously, this is heavily influenced by HC but we have months to kill
For defense, I’d hire Robert Saleh immediately. If the Browns clean house, Jim Schwarz is a guy too.
Offensively, again if the Browns fire their staff, I love Kevin Stefanski(I honestly would seriously consider him for HC if he’s fired). Texans QB coach Jerrod Johnson, Rams PGC Nate Scheelhaase

Kinda impossible to even speculate not knowing who the HC hires are.

I just hope whoever the hires are thatthere is a clear vision of who we want to be as an organization. It seems like for the last few years we’ve been the late Brees/CSP era cover band just patching the roster with older veterans and trading picks for a piece here or there.
