Lack of blockers

I find it very hard to believe that this offensive line wasn’t a noticeable weakness in preseason practices. No way does Penning go up against Granderson on a regular basis and not get exposed. And yet, we signed zero tight ends that can help block. Signing Graham was cool for nostalgia and he does have like a quarter of the receiving touchdowns (1)

How could the staff have missed such a glaring need?

* I do not think a blocking tight end is the cure to the offense, but it would help.
