Doing my research on Dupree he tends to disappear a lot. Considering the team he was playing for and the stout comp you would have expected him be all world. I like him in a 3-4 but not over Gregory Beasley. The problem is both will be gone if so I say IMO move to Guard at the 13 and grab Lael Collins.

Nicks or Hargrove are examples that they will take guys with some history. In the interviews you can dig and try to determine if it is just a kid making stupid decisions or if there are deeper seated personality issues

Different locker room then. The team was filled with solid leadership already. It was built to handle questionable character guys. Many of those guys are gone now with players like Brees, Colston, Strief & Evans on the back end of their playing careers, it is now essential to find the next generation of team leaders. If anyone has been paying close enough attention to Payton's comments as of late, he has been hinting at just this. He's been stressing the importance of finding high character players.

But then again, we did bring in a couple of high leadership guys as well.

I agree we did, especially with Unger, but those guys are new to the team and are vets already. I think Sean is looking for our next generation of leaders. Cooks fits that bill and one of the main reasons we moved up to get him last year.

I would be absolutely shocked if we drafted Gregory or DGB. Just dont see it happening.

I also think if they draft a WR it should be a big one niot a slot WR.To me it all ends up how good do they think Seantavius Jones is.He is a small college ufda gem who was moved up to last years 53 roster before brandon Coleman was an Coleman before he hurt his knee was projected as being a 5th-6th round pick.If They think Jones is ready then i do not think they need to use any of the early picks 13th-31st-44th-75th-78th on a WR.And from picks148th-154th-187th-230th-with the late picks i would Only use a late pick if the player was a clear up grade over Jones or Coleman.
