Funny how that works... You're good so you put up with more shite.

What? No, no you don't. I don't want to put up with pricks and assholes because they have 2 more TD's and 300 more yds per season. Assholes are assholes no matter what their stats are.

oh, i guess who should have been more active with bankrupting car dealerships.

And now YOU are bringing Deuce back into this argument. I thought you weren't comparing the two? You're losing this one fast.

This article isn't too flattering. They are all egotistical pricks most of the time.

And once a player proves to you for the eleventy billionth time that he doesn't give a shite about anyone but himself, you stop backing him/giving him chances and cut him loose.

You prefer that the Saints cut his arse at the first sign of trouble?? I'm down with that...

I don't think Joe was always being selfish. He had the hollywood persona. We grew to love him cause of it and then a lot grew to hate it cause of it. To each their own. If you don't like him, that's fine. I just think a frick You joe when he's in the dome supporting our city is too far though.

How selfish of Deuce was it for him to not be with the team and he willingly partake in taking over the spotlight in leading our team out of the tunnel in the first playoff game and the willingly spoke for the team giving benson the tunnel. Where's deuce been all year, his arse should have stayed where he was at... trying to get signed by other clubs while eating doritos.

I am glad he was there. He's welcome to cheer the Saints on. I'll take all the bandwagon fans we can find.

My problem comes when people get all "Awwww, Poor Joe". He brought the negative criticism on himself, he's an arse and I don't feel sorry for him. THAT'S where I say frick Joe Horn.

But if he wants to buy a ticket, a Saints sweatshirt and some concessions putting money into our economy, have it. But don't expect me to fall all over you and wish you'd been on the sidelines with Deuce, Joe. And believe me, that's exactly what he wants Saints fans to say. That we miss him, and cherish him and want him on the field as a team captain. And to top it off, he thinks he DESERVES that as well. He hasn't said it in the media yet, maybe he's more savvy now and knows that it would hurt his image, but that's what he's thinking.

No. We've batted around before. But he floats between obvious trolling and honest opinion omst of the time and I enjoy debating him. But that last statement is just waaaayyyyyy beyond trolling OR stupidity. I just wanted him to clarify before he goes on ignore.

Chad504 -

I have come to your defense. I am a huge fan of Joe Horn for how he affected both me and a group of friends. Long story short, one of our best friends died of a year long battle with a rare cancer. Joe somehow got wind of it and sought out my friend. Don't think for a second Joe didn't go out of his way with many favors for a guy he'd never met.

Joe Horn is and will always be looked at in very high regards by me. Amazing friend, kind and very caring.

Out of curiosity, what did he do to you? That's pretty intense for a guy you've never met and just heard stories about?
