My chiropractor puts 20ish on my back.
Basically any place she can possibly get one.
Just feels like you're hanging from hooks. I love it.

Nah, not acupuncture. I’ve done both. Dry needling is way different. You go deeper into the tissue and it is often “pistoned”, causing significant muscle spasms and cramping. It works really well, but it’s an acquired taste.
